Question & Answer
Question
When viewing search results from DB2® Document Manager Desktop, why are documents listed with in a folder not sorted like documents list outside of the folder?
Cause
When DB2 Document Manager receives document data from the DB2 Content Manager server, it is returned to the Desktop as the data is received. There is no sorting that occurs on this data. This leads to documents in the search results being listed as it received.
Answer
You are able to sort data manually by clicking on the column header for the column you wish to sort by, including the results with in a folder.
