Problem
Attempts to fetch a test phase URL via REST API throws 404 in IBM Engineering Test Management even when the URL exists in a test case execution record XML feed.
Symptom
When fetching a test case execution record, for example
https://<host::<port>/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/<ID>/executionworkitem/urn:com.ibm.rqm:executionworkitem:<ID>, the XML feed contains a testphase (also called iteration) with the URL of type: https://<host>:<port>/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/<ID>/testphase/urn:com.ibm.rqm:testphase:<ID-iteration>
This test phase URL throws 404 error
