Troubleshooting
Problem
An Import or Restore process is failing, "The file of the newer version cannot be processed error" message is observed.
Symptom
When You try to run the import process on the Central Manager, or restore data from an archive to any appliance with the same GPU. The process is failing and the Aggregation/Archive Debug Log is showing:
