PM87570: DBRC ABENDU0150 DURING NORMAL IMS RESTART.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In IMSPLEX environment, DBRC restart and SIGNON successfully.
  If this followed by a few BRLBF2SS requests (receive SSID) from
  other DBRC members, the DBRC region can abend U0150.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  This is a timing issue in handling the broadcast messages for
  DBRC group service that has ARLN(DSPSCIX0) enabled. When an IMS
  restart, it broadcasts its SSID to other IMS systems to know of
  its existent and waits for other IMSs to return received SSID
  message that they have received its SSID. Normally, it completed
  processing received SSID before the issuing of /NRE command.
  
  In a scenario where received SSID message was received after
  /NRE, DBRC then issued ABENDU150 because it didn't know how to
  handle this message.
