Error description

• DBFMIOS0 SEQ#57380000 checks 64 bit buffer and bypasses check
  for RBA and CIDF validity.

  and CIDF validity.  The validity checks for RBA and CIDF
  applicable under FPBP64 environment as well and it should be
  perform.

  The following changes have been made to correct reported
  problem:
  
  DBFMIOS0: Remove code that bypass RBA and CIDF validity check
            under FPBP64 environment.  Obtain the RBA and CIDF
            in buffer using 64 bit addressing and verify it.
