Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting the WebSphere Information Integrator Content Edition (IICE) Administration Tool, you receive an error stating "COEA0011E: Unable to retrieve configuration data on server at: rmi://localhost:1250/ConfigurationServer."
Symptom
"COEA0011E: Unable to retrieve configuration data on server at: rmi://localhost:1250/ConfigurationServer."
Resolving The Problem
Make sure that the configuration server is started. If deploying to WebSphere Application Server, make sure that the VeniceBridge application has started correctly. If you are using the connector in direct mode, manually start the services using the script <IICE_HOME>/bin/VeniceBridgeServices.bat.
