  *                      logical unload specifying an INTO       *
  *                      clause terminates after having reported *
  *                      a syntax error if the following         *
  *                      conditions are fulfilled:               *
  *                      - no creator name is specified for the  *
  *                      target table name designated through    *
  *                      the INTO clause is not qualified        *
  *
  * NOTE:
  * the fix for APAR PH13979 was included in APAR/PTF
  * PH15696/UI64922
  *
