Question/Problem Description
How to change JGATE Memory size being used.

Resolution

  • Increase Memory size on JGATE startup.
  • To pass the VM args for more heap size for JGate, the user can edit the startServer cmd file with the required parms. 
  • Set the min and max to whatever value is supported by the system running JGate.
  • Example:
    • java -Xms1024M -Xmx2048M -jar JDBCGateway.jar
