Problem
The silent installation mode using response file is failing with these error
CRIMA1174E ERROR: The following error was generated during the update.
CRIMA1174E Error: There are already installed packages in "/ opt / IBM / JazzSM"
in the "Core Services for Jazz for Service Management" package group.
The installation directory for the new "Core services in Jazz for Service Management" package group must not be the same as the previously used installation directory.
Symptom
The upgrade of JazzSM 1.1.2.1 to 1.1.3.0 using the installer /responsefiles/unix/install_jazzsm_was_fullprofile_response.xml
