Error description

• - Parsing errors occurred with VSRBF.
  - Field validation errors encountered for VSM members.
  - ABEND913 occurs and no clear indication of the error
    condition is given.

Problem conclusion

• Parsing errors have been corrected.
  Field validation errors for VSM
  members are resolved. Message 5003
  'Access Denied' will be produced and
  the S913 Abends will not occur.
