- Can create PROCLIB members with invalid values. - Processing of the DFSVSM is confusing and can results in PROCLIB members that have inconsistent information. - ABEND0C4 may occurr in Format routines - Member histories may be missing versions. - New members are still being created action is cancelled.

New members are still being created action is cancelled. Help information is incorrect or misleading.
Problem conclusion
1. Edit process has been significantly improved including value validation and error messages. 2. Repository processing has been corrected. 3. Help panels have been reviewed and corrected. 4. This fix is provided in 2 APARs which will be co-reqed and will be installed together, the second APAR is PQ95199.
