Troubleshooting
Problem
If you upgraded to 11.7.1 FP1 (Fixpack1) on a multi-tier Information Server installation (a separate Services tier and Engine tier) and a Microservices tier, Information Analyzer Jobs fail with the below error :
pxbridge(5),0: Fatal Error: Kafka Producer object was not created due to : org.apache.kafka.common.KafkaException: org.apache.kafka.common.KafkaException: org.apache.kafka.common.KafkaException: Failed to load SSL keystore /opt/IBM/InformationServer/Kafka/ug-host-truststore.jks of type JKS
Symptom
ODF Health Check will show the below errors :

Caused by: org.apache.kafka.common.KafkaException: Failed to load SSL keystore /opt/IBM/InformationServer/Kafka/ug-host-truststore.jks of type JKS
