Error description
PROBLEM: When first logging into the work center , the work center screen is frozen and user is unable to scroll down to view other work orders. User is still able to enter the first two work order records which are shown on the screen and start/stop timer against those records. After they enter a record and go back to the work center screen, they are then able to scroll and view the other work orders. This also happens when user zooms in and out a few times and then tries to scroll down on the work center page against the work order records STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Do the first logging into the work center > the work center screen is frozen and user is unable to scroll down but able to enter first two wo records. 2. After entering records on any of first 2 workorders > go back to workcenter > screen is unlocked and able to scroll down CURRENT RESULT: At first login screen freeze so cannot scroll down to workorder list EXPECTED RESULT: Screen to not freeze after first log in so can scroll down to other workorders ENVIRONMENT: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1 Build 20190514-1348 DB Build V7611-365
