What attracted you to join IBM Support?
I wanted to be a part of a team that helps different clients. IBM’s large and international client base made this role highly interesting to me.
What’s your proudest accomplishment at work?
I was brought into a meeting to observe and better understand the team I was joining. As the program leaders brainstormed solutions to a persistent issue in these meetings, I raised my voice and offered what I believed could be an answer to this issue. The idea was well received and eventually made its way into production.
What’s one thing that you learned working at IBM Support?
Never be afraid to ask questions, raise opinions, and offer new ways to do things.
What makes IBM Support unique?
What’s one thing that really surprised you about working at IBM Support?
Although I’m stationed in North Carolina, I work with a team that’s spread across the globe!
What do you like to do on your own time?
Usually I stay active as a student on campus, participating in sport events with friends and making stickers and T-shirts. Sometimes, I go to the skate park or disc golf course with friends I interned with at IBM!
Share one fun fact about yourself
I saw my first shooting star just before 2019 ended!
