Problem conclusion

• This APAR includes:
  1. When browsing the content of a dataset member/USS file, the
  keywords in the contents can be highlighted according to the
  JCL, REXX, HTML, and XML syntax.
  2. Allow all users to create private URL links on desktop,
  which are only visible to the creators, with menu action
  in the context menu of the desktop.
  3. A new set of REST services,Settings REST services, support
  to manage settings data of z/OSMF server and plugins.
  4. A new panel is added in "General Settings". Now z/OSMF Core
  services can be disabled/enabled on this new panel.
