Error description

• PROBLEM: Unable to Calculate Cost from Compare Scenarios and
  Costs
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create a new work order in Work Order Tracking application
  e.g. 1312
  Enter a duration e.g. 3 hours
  Go to the Plans tab
  Go to the Labor subtab and add a craft e.g. ELECT
  Line cost is populated
  Approve the Work Order
  Go to the Actuals tab, select planned labor e.g. WILSON
  Save the record
  2. Create a new schedule in Graphical Scheduling application
  e.g. COST
  Enter a Calendar and Shift e.g. DAY calendar and DAY shift
  Enter a work query e.g. wonum='1312'
  Go to "More Information" tab and select "Scenarios Allow"
  checkbox
  Change the status of the schedule to "APPR" via "Change Status"
  action
  3. Go to Graphical View tab
  Hyperlink to Work Order 1312 in Work Order Tracking application
  Go to actuals tab, Labor subtab and add another line with line
  cost
  Save the record
  4. Return to Graphical Scheduling application
  5. Go to "Create Scenario" option and select "Create Resource
  Levelling Scenario" action
  Enter a name e.g.  LINE2
  click OK
  6. Select "Compare Scenario" action and select the original
  scenario and "line2" scenario
  Click Compare button
  7. Go to "Compare Cost" tab
  click Calculate Cost button
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:  Work Cost is blank. BMXAA4214E - An unknown
  error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator
  for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and
  determine where and why the error occurred.
  Log file shows error:  java.lang.NumberFormatException: For
