Troubleshooting
Problem
There was no issue 11.1.4 or previous version.
After upgrade to Cognos Analytics 11.1.5+, User groups in an OpenID namespace are not taken into account.
Symptom
OpenID group user does not have any permission within Cognos Analytics.
The OpenID Groups and Roles are missing under My Preferences.
