  Problem Description:
  When download button is clicked in any application using
  Firefox 76.0 it flashes a page but nothing happens and no
  download occurs.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Use Firefox 76.0.1
  1. Open Work Order Tracking
  2. Bring up list of records and clikc the Download button.
  A new screen flashes and closes, no download happens.
  
  Works fine in Edge, IE and Chrome.
  
  RESULT:
  Download does not work
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  Records get downloaded and saved using Firefox
  
  Product Version:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0-IFIX20190910-1703
  Build 20180718-1141 DB Build V7610-83 HFDB Build HF7610-09,
  
  7611 as well.
