Error description

• ABEND04E 00E50001 in LOC DSNVGEPL DSNVFEB OFFSET006B4 while
  trying to serialize to update a control block during an
  execute unit switch
  
  Additional Symptom:
  ABEND0C4-00000011 in DSNSDMPS +14CC while process a dump request
  for an initial abend that has been encountered. This ABENDS0C4
  RC11 can only be seen in the LOGREC.
  Previous error could also have happened in other modules, such
  as DSNLAGNT and DSNB1TMR.

  * Apply corrective PTF when available                          *

  While holding a latch, during processing of an initial
  abend, the wrong register was used in a condition
  check.  As a result, a latch was not released.
  Processing continued and encountered the aforementioned
  abend.  Recovery continued and could terminate Db2 with
  reason 00E50705.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 was changed to use the correct register in the
  condition check.
