    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    In Websphere Application Server Version 6

    Open the Administrative console
    1) Click Application servers or Enterprise applications.
    2) Administrative console takes several minutes to respond.

    This is a problem only the first time after login. There will
    not be any delay in the next attempt to view Application servers
    or Enterprise applications through the administrative console.

    This is because we try to test the connection
    to external site first
    and then use that value later on to
    determine if the connection was succesfull or not.

    So to reproduce this problem
    There should be firewall set which stops
    the console from
    opening an external  connection.
    This problem can be easily recreated in
    Solaris environment.
