Error description
In Graphical Scheduling (GS) when an Interruptible Milestone ( the symbol used on the Gantt for a zero duration work order or task) , either a work order or task, is moved beyond the last work day of the work week on a 5 day work week, it changes from a diamond to a bar and is no longer moveable by dragging or using Move to Next Day. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Create a new work order. Leave duration at zero and check Interruptible. 2. Go to GS. 3. Create a new schedule with DAY Calendar, DAY Shift (extend the calendar and apply shifts until at least the end of this year if necessary). 4. Set the Start Date to be a date in the middle of the next week, such as Wednesday, May 27 and the End Date to be a month after that. 5. Create a Work Query to select the new work order. 6. Save. 7. Click on the Graphical View tab. 8. Click on Perform CPM for All or move the work order to the Start Date of the Schedule manually. 9. Click on the diamond representing the work order and drag it to the next day. Since it is Interruptible it will not allow you to place it in the grey non-working time. 10. Right click on the diamond and select Move to Next Day. This will allow you to move to the next day. 11. When the diamond is on a Friday right, click and use Move to Next Day. RESULTS: The diamond will change to a bar with a Start Date of the end of the day on Friday, 3pm, and an End Date of the start of the day on Monday, 7am. The duration still appears as zero. At this point you can no longer drag the work order to a different day or use right click Move to Next Day. You will be able to right click and use Move to Day but it will remain as a bar spanning the non-working time and will not be movable to another time. EXPECTED RESULTS: When you use Move to Next Day on the diamond when it is on a Friday, it should jump to the next working day as a diamond, so it will move to Monday in this example.
