Troubleshooting
Problem
While logging into Cognos it is taking awhile to load the home view. Getting these errors after 60 seconds.
Cannot read property 'message' of undefined
Unable to load requested view.
Unable to load requested view.
These errors are seen in the p2pd_messages.log file if the above messages are seen in the browser...
org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to <host name>:4300 [<host name>/<IP address>, <host name>/<IP address>] failed: Read timed out
Symptom
When looking at the internet browser network trace, these calls are still pending and not loading right away...
