Error Message: N/A . Stack Trace: N/A . PHD heapdumps contain incorrect references between objects. The typical symptom is a self reference back to an object, when there should be a reference to a different object. For example, a java.lang.String object may have a reference to itself, instead of to a character array. When using tools to examine the heapdump the problem may show up as excessive number of roots.
Local fix
Use a system dump for diagnosis instead of a heap dump
