    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Change Management (CM) Batch job    *
    *                      fails during the RUN step due to a      *
    *                      mismatch or incorrect accelerator       *
    *                      related statements in the POSTUTIL      *
    *                      step of work statement list (WSL).      *

    When a single CM batch job is used to register, analyze and
    run a change that involves the drop and create of DB2 tables
    that are also added to an accelerator, specifying the following
    parameters causes failures during run process:
    
    Failure #1: Error ADBC099E / msgadbc099e:
    
    DO_RUNTIME_ANALYZE = "Y";
    ADBC099E: WSL mismatch. The WSLs did not compare equally.
    
    Failure #2: A SQLCODE=-104 / SQLCODEN104:
