APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An Object Comparison Tool job may end with RC=4 / RC04 and
  include the following warning messages:
  Invalid text file(RUNPARMS) : ACCDIR = 'Y'
  ADB9003W Invalid input from the input parameter file is
  ignored.
  ADB9004W Processing continues.
  This APAR ensures that ACCDIR, which is no longer valid, will no
  longer be generated in Object Compare JCL.

  ADB9004W Processing continues.
  
  This fix ensures that the ACCDIR runparm is no longer
  generated in Compare JCL.
