Error description

• FOR PVC'S, 'INHIBIT SARM' IS SET WHEN A RESET WITH CAUSE '01' IS
  RECEIVED. DDXP DOES NOT SEND A RESET '00' OR '09' TO END THIS
  CONDITION, AND THEREFORE THE PVC IS HUNG IN PCTD2.
