Error description

• 1. SYSOUT content is shifted (1 position) when either QUIESCE
  QUIESCECAT is requested.
  2. Blank lines are written in the end of the SYSOUT file.
  3. AbendB37 when WRKSPACE=PARTIAL because the allocation is made
     on a single volume.
  4. Fast Unload compatibility. When Nullable columns are unloaded
     with FIXED or VARIABLE format, the output related fields are
     field with defaults values instead of binary 0.
  5. Abend1004 occurs when HPU unloads data from a tablespace
     previously processed by a DB2 utility with PREFORMAT option.
  6. FREEMAIN failure if QUIESCE YES is request
