Problem
Intermittent problem downloading large report csv output in Cognos analytics.The problem is reproducible irrespective of browser type.
The reports runs fine and generates an output but when downloading the csv output from the Desktop browser it never responds.
The same problem is not seen when downloading smaller file size.
Symptom
This problem is Intermittent in nature. The problem is persistent with large download files around 13 gigabyte and above
