The FileNet Business Process Manager Process Engine (PE) will not start after the IP address of the Process Engine box has been changed with a new IP address.

Problem

The Process Engine will not start after the IP address of the PE box has been changed with a new IP address.

Symptom

From with the Process Task Manager, it generates the following error :

CDB_identity returned error (0xd4000032) - Can't get server id!
Terminating processes...
Error (0xd4000032) encountered during software termination.
