PI95108: IGZXAPI function 8 abend0C4 if R12 does not point to the CEECAA

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• The documentation for IGZXAPI does not indicate a requirement
  for register 12 to point to the CEECAA, but function 8
  (WORKING-STORAGE Query) abends with an 0C4 if this is not the
  case.
  

Local fix

• CEEARLU can be used to locate the CEECAA

• IGZXAPI has been updated to support function code 9. The
  Language Environment Vendor Interface Guide is updated to
  describe the new function code. Call function code 9 in the
  same way as function code 8, using DSECT XINFO8 as the
  parameter information structure, and setting the function code
  field to 9. On input R13 should be pointing to the address of a
  register save area. R12 does not need to be set. Fields in
  XINFO8 should be set up as in function code 8. A description of
