Troubleshooting
Problem
When you process a document with Cloud Pak for Automation Content Analyzer, key/value pairs (KVP) always show the key with low confidence, as shown by a red half filled circle to the left of the key.
Cause
When a high-quality document is processed, KVPs defined in the ontology normally display with high confidence. However, semantic normalization is used as an aid in identifying KVPs and if semantic normalization is turned off, KVP processing cannot recognize the KVPs with high confidence.
Resolving The Problem
- From the menu at the upper right, select Settings.
- Select the Output tab, and click the Edit button.
- Check the Semantic Normalization box and click the Save button.
Documents have to be uploaded again to pick up settings changes.
