No performance data shown for IBM DS8000 PPRC secondary (all 0s)

Troubleshooting


Problem

The Operations dashboard and NOC dashboard in IBM Storage Insights® show an IBM DS8000® storage system without any performance statistics.  The read and write metrics are all 0s.  It also can occur with the performance statistics reported in IBM Spectrum Control®.

Symptom

Performance statistics for the IBM DS8000 show all 0s.
