Chrome shows "Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension" when using Homepage reports.

Problem

Embedded homepage reports in Chrome do not display and instead the error "Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension" is seen.

Symptom

Errors similar to the one below can be seen in the Chrome Developer tools console:
"The source list for Content Security Policy directive 'default-src' contains an invalid source:"
