Troubleshooting
Problem
Secret Server - Windows server access secret Heartbeat is failing. Exception: 5: Logon failure: Access Denied.
However, it does not prevent accessing the server via RDP.
The LOG shows a heartbeat failure due to Access denied, as per the message below.
Secret 'NAME' (Id = 54) returned (LoginFailed). Exception: 5: Logon failure: Access Denied.
