IJ24891: UPGRADE TO MAXIMO 7.6.1.1 FAILS IN PATCH V7611_67.CLASS

Error description

• Client upgrades their Maximo 7.6.1 database to 7.6.1.1. The
  upgrade fails in patch V7611_67.class due to a java
  exception:
  Comparison method violates its general
  contract!
  
  This was originally reported in APAR IJ19723 and
  fixed November 20, 2019 in 7.6.1.1 IFix 003. Client applied
  IFix 003 and the failure still occurs. Client applied IFix 004,
  then IFix 005, and in all cases the failure still
  occurs.

  in TPAE patch V7611_67.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:

  7.6.1.1 should run start to finish with no
  interruption.

Local fix

• Fully remove file V7611_67.class and perform the upgrade. Any
  changes that were to be made by V7611_67 will need to be made
  manually after the upgrade completes and prior to building the
  Maximo EAR.

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  package:
  	 | release\fix pack | Interim Fix for Release 7.6.1.3 Product
  
  This is only an issue when upgrading to 7.6.1.1. Already fixed
  in 7.6.1.2 and later. APAR opened to backport fix to 7.6.1.1
  IFIX.
