Problem
Cognos Analytics user is getting an error message when user is copying report file into My content or another folder.
User cannot copy a report from A folder to B folder or My content
CM-REQ-4127 An error occurred during a copy operation. CM-SYS-5042 Content Manager cannot complete a copy because a parent object does not exist. The prepared statement handle xxx is not valid in this context. Please verify that current database, user default schema, and ANSI_NULLS and QUOTED_IDENTIFIER set options are not changed since the handle is prepared.
