Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer has implemented the background customisation technique, using the parameters 'ENABLESTARTPAGE' and 'startpageurl'.

However, when the user clicks F5 the background disappears.
Symptom
In one real-life example:
- Immediately after launching Controller client, the background/website works perfectly (displays OK for the users)
- The only problem is that if the user clicks F5 then the background (website) turns white/blank.
