For WebSphere Application Server Liberty 126.96.36.199-188.8.131.52 using the openidConnectServer-1.0 feature:
· Upgrade to minimal fix pack levels as required by interim fix and then apply Interim Fix PH24154
· Apply Liberty Fix Pack 184.108.40.206 or later.
