Impact log files permissions on Linux do not abide by install user umask

Troubleshooting


Problem

The log files created in a Linux installation do not have the permissions set according to the installation users umask setting.
The files get created with 64O (-rw-r-----.) permissions and not 644 (-rw-r--r--.)as would be expected with the default umask of 022/0022.

Symptom

The Impact log files get created with 64O (-rw-r-----.) permissions and not 644 (-rw-r--r--.)as would be expected with the default umask of 022/0022.
