Error description

• In Firefox, when closing a selection dialog (e.g. 'select
  location' dialog in edit mode for an item) using the escape
  key,
  the current item form is also closed.

Problem summary

• In Firefox, when closing a selection dialog (e.g. 'select
  location' dialog in edit mode for an item) using the escape
  key,
  the current item form is also closed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JavaScript code for closing an item form using the escape
  key is registered through the document's onkeypress event
  handler. In Firefox, when the escape key is pressed inside the
  iframe for the selection dialog, the dialog is closed correctly
  but the event is propagated to its containing document and
  therefore closes the form too.
  This issue is resolved by using an onkeydown rather than an
  onkeypress event handler for the item form document.
