Error description

• When the HIPAA Compliance Check maps validatilon mehthod is set
  to M (Map), the compliance check maps are not properly rejecting
  data when ISN01=N and ISN08 is present.

  compliance_check_5010_parameter.dat file

  is set to B or C, but not when set to M

Problem conclusion

• Problem Solution:
  Trees were Changed at the component rule on the INS08 to enforce
  the absence of the element when the INS01=N.
  
  Applies to:
  HCIP IP HIPAA 4.4.1.3, 4.4.1.4
