PI26938: NULLSTORCLAS SUPPORTED IN ADRDSSU COPIES

Error description

• The ADRDSSU keyword NULLSTORCLAS can be added to the DATA-MOVER
  COPY subcommand. This allows the target dataset SMS Storage
  Class to be assigned using the ACS routines rather than using
  the source dataset SMS Storage Class.

  Previous to this enhancement, the ADRDSSU copy job would be
  manually setup using NULLSTORCLAS and the CMDDD command to
  execute ADRDSSU.
  

Local fix

• Build an ADRDSSU copy job using job templates and add
  NULLSTORCLAS.
  Execute the source job with CMDDD to change the ADRDSSU call to
  use the job-template rather than the internal Cloning Tool call.
