PI24869: "QE-DEF-0286 UNABLE TO FIND THE CONNECTION" ERROR WHEN RUNNING THE REPORT VIEW AFTER RENAMING THE CONNECTION.

Error description

• All customer reports are connected to a data source which
  contain  several connections . As they need to rename these
  connections as perimeters have changed for?these platforms then
  when running the saved report views generate an error.??They
  would except that renaming doesn't impact report views and
  automatically detect the new name for?the platform attached to
  the report view.?You can see that after renaming, the name of
  the parameter connection is deleted from the report view
  properties.

• The current behavior is expected. When a Report View is saved,
  it is saved with the connection that was used and this is the
  connection that would be used in future runs of the Report View.
  Once the connection name has changed, the saved connection
  information becomes invalid, hence the error message.
  We can certainly change the product design to have it recognize
  changed connection name, however an enhancement will have to be
  logged. Please work with the customer to log this in our RFE
  system
