PI23626: CHOOSING A BLANK OR MISSING VALUE CAUSES DPR-ERR-2056

Error description

• Verifying a prompted report and choosing a (blank) or missing
  value as the selection results in DPR-ERR-2056 error. When the
  report is run, Cognos attempts to set the prompt page to the
  missing selection from the validation and the report results in
  a pogo handler exception before reaching the prompt page.
