  New options are introduced for TCPCLIENT and TCPDATA stages
  that allow pipipelines applications to establish TCP/IP
  connections secured by TLS/SSL using the VM System SSL Support.
  A new built-in program FTP is introduced to allow pipeline
  applications to exchange data with FTP servers, optionally
  secured by TLS/SSL.

• SSL Support, FTP stage, and additional small functional changes
  are documented in the "CMS Pipelines User's Guide and Reference"
  publication and online HELP.
  
  The new function introduced is upward compatible. No change is
  required to existing applications that do not require the new
  function.
