Problem
The mttrapd probe is dropping snmpv3 trap from a device.
The debug log of the probe is showing this warning message.
Warning: W-UNK-000-000: Dropping SNMP packet because of snmp error, error msg: USM authentication failure (incorrect password or key) (plaintext scopedPDU header type 00: s/b 30)
Symptom
The snmpv3 traps are not seen in the debug log of the mttrapd probe.
