Troubleshooting
Problem
Starting IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS (DOORS) client in a Citrix environment results in the following error:
Unable to create file in directory
'C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Telelogic\DOORS\Temp\<LD_XXXXXXX>'
that was specified for LOCALDATA.
Symptom
After starting DOORS client in a Citrix environment, the following error is displayed:
This error is user specific and/or browser specific.
For example, user 1 has the issue but all other users do not have this issue.
Or user 1 has this issue with IE but does not have issue with Chrome.
