Error description

• When attempting to create DDL of all objects
  stored in an ARCHIVE or EXTRACT file one can observe that in
  the list of objects to be created:
  
  o TRIGGER objects are missing while stored in the file:
  o FK DLL is missing the NOT ENFORCED attribute while such stored
  in the file.
