QRadar: Application tabs are missing or blank



Why are my app tabs missing or blank in the QRadar Console UI?


There are several causes that app tabs could be missing or blank:
  • Bad or old browser cache
  • Memory resource limitation
  • App is not started or unable to start

Resolving The Problem

  1. Try the QRadar Console UI with the browser set to Private, Incognito, InPrivate browsing mode.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies. After clearing the cache, reloading the Console can take up to 10 minutes.
  3. Try using different browsers. See Supported web browsers
  4. Restart the app of the tab that is missing or blank. See the article: QRadar: Starting and Stopping an application from the API
  5. Check for memory limitations. See the article: QRadar: Apps and memory resource limitation
  6. Use the Recon tool to check for app container errors or issues. Recon is a tool designed to aid the troubleshooting of containers and container management on the QRadar Console or App Host.
