    Code is changed to prevent possible loop and extra allocations.

    Abend 0C4 occurred because of an access to the released storage
    during stop OMEGAMON collector.

    Change logic to prevent the abend.

    Increase in ECSA usage because NTH allocates memory in the ECSA
    area while viewing the collected records but this storage is not
    released if disconnect of classic session without logging off.
    
    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
    Change the logic to use the user storage instead of ECSA.
